There’s a great deal of entertainment potential beneath the “hard shell” of the DIGITRADIO 231 OD. The unit ensures the best of radio entertainment via FM or in crystal-clear DAB+ quality. As a music fan with vast quantities of songs on your smartphone or tablet, you can also stream your favourite music wirelessly via Bluetooth, through the radio stereo speakers. And thanks to their 2 x 15 Watt (mains operation) and 2 x 8 Watt (battery operation) output, these can drown out a great deal of environmental noise. An integrated, powerful rechargeable battery provides up to eight hours of mobile music enjoyment. A particular benefit for amateur craftsmen: Additional mounting plates are included for the optional use of existing 18 V rechargeable batteries by Bosch Professional, Makita and DeWalt with the radio. This gives you more flexibility, an increase in output to 2 x 15 W using a battery, or an even longer playing time. One thing is certain: the DIGITRADIO 231 OD never has any need to feel intimidated.
