Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TechniSat Digital GmbH, Julius-Saxler-Straße 3, 54550 Daun, Germany, widerruf@technisat.de, Phone: +49 (0)6592 712 1866) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://www.technisat.de/widerruf.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to TechniSat Teledigital GmbH (Nordstr. 4, 39418 Staßfurt, Germany) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender relies on our involvement for the financing. If the loan has already been received by us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return. We will send the return label to you by email. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
