Delivery Time
Items in stock that are ordered and paid for by 12:00 noon on a working day will be
shipped the same day. Please note: when paying in advance (bank transfer), delivery
times may vary, as items will only be shipped once payment has been received.
To ensure timely delivery and immediate dispatch of in-stock items, we recommend
using any payment method other than prepayment. Delivery times for individual items
can be found on the product detail pages. Please also note longer delivery times for
shipments to Austria. An overview of the shipping and delivery process is provided
in the table below.
Delivery Areas
Deliveries are currently available within Germany and Austria only.
Shipping is handled by DHL or GLS.
For freight shipments, items will be delivered by DHL or freight carrier to the curbside.
Please ensure that you arrange for safe transportation to the final place of use.
Island delivery: The shipping cost for freight deliveries to German islands is €49.00.
Partial Deliveries
You may combine in-stock and pre-order items in a single order. Each item will be shipped to you individually at no extra cost according to availability. For example, if you order an item marked “In stock” and another marked “Ready to ship in 4–5 days,” you will receive two separate shipments as soon as each item becomes available—no need to wait for both items to be ready.
Pre-Orders
Items that are currently out of stock but expected to arrive soon can be pre-ordered. We will ship the pre-ordered and paid-for item as soon as it becomes available.
Information for Customers in Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. They handle all customs procedures and deliver the package to your doorstep for a small fee. Register at MeinEinkauf.ch. before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times using MeinEinkauf.ch may be significantly longer, as your package is first sent to a German address, processed for customs, and then forwarded to your address in Switzerland.
Also note: MeinEinkauf.ch charges additional shipping fees for larger and/or heavier parcels that exceed standard dimensions. Shipments over 30 kg or with a girth exceeding 400 cm (e.g., large TVs or e-bikes) require prior approval and special freight arrangements with MeinEinkauf.ch. Please contact them before placing your order if this applies.
