Information on the Disposal of Old Devices

Information for Customers in Germany

The German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) is the national implementation of the European WEEE Directive. It governs the placing on the market, take-back, and environmentally sound disposal of electrical and electronic equipment. According to this law, all distributors with a sales area, or storage and shipping area, of at least 400 square meters for electrical and electronic equipment are obliged to take back old devices. The law distinguishes between 0:1 and 1:1 take-back obligations.

If the size or weight is exceeded, please contact us for a customized collection solution at shop@technisat.de.
