By purchasing a high-quality TechniSat product, you have chosen a premium device that has undergone extensive quality testing and strict final inspection at every stage of production. Should a TechniSat product purchased from us nevertheless fail to function properly, we sincerely regret this and kindly ask you to contact your dealer, distributor, or our service hotline listed below.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer you a guarantee on all devices marked with the corresponding logo TechniSat devices in accordance with the following provisions. Certain devices are expressly excluded (e.g. B-stock or refurbished products), or special warranty regulations apply to selected products (e.g. SATMAN DigitalSat antennas).
Making use of the warranty is free of charge for you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this warranty.

The DigitalSat antennas of the SATMAN series are made of high-quality aluminum and are 100% rust-free. Therefore, in addition to the statutory warranty, we grant a 20-year warranty on all metal parts of our SATMAN series DigitalSat antennas against corrosion perforation.

For B-stock items, you are entitled to your statutory warranty rights for
24 months from the date of purchase.
For refurbished devices (Refurbished),
Product registration to receive the warranty is not possible for B-stock and refurbished devices.
