Cash on delivery: only available with GLS. An additional cash-on-delivery fee of €5.00 applies per order.
Shipping Costs Outside Germany
We ship directly to Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and France.
International shipments are handled exclusively by GLS. The same GLS shipping costs apply as within Germany:

From €29.00 order value: free shipping
Direct delivery to other countries is currently not offered.
Delivery Time
The current delivery time can be found directly on the respective product page. In-stock items ordered and paid for Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same working day. For payment in advance, shipping takes place once payment has been received.
Shipping Method & Freight Goods
Within Germany, we ship depending on item and order via DHL Small Parcel, DHL or GLS. The available shipping method is shown during checkout.
Large or heavy items may be delivered by freight carrier to the curbside. Freight deliveries to German islands incur shipping costs of €49.00.
Partial Delivery & Shipment Tracking
If availability differs, items in an order may be delivered in several shipments. No additional shipping costs apply for this.

Information for Customers in Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. They handle all customs procedures and deliver the package to your doorstep for a small fee. Register at MeinEinkauf.ch. before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times using MeinEinkauf.ch may be significantly longer, as your package is first sent to a German address, processed for customs, and then forwarded to your address in Switzerland.
Also note: MeinEinkauf.ch charges additional shipping fees for larger and/or heavier parcels that exceed standard dimensions. Shipments over 30 kg or with a girth exceeding 400 cm (e.g., large TVs or e-bikes) require prior approval and special freight arrangements with MeinEinkauf.ch. Please contact them before placing your order if this applies.
