TECHNIMASK FFP2 2.1 are manufactured by TechniSat Vogtland GmbH in Schöneck / Saxony and TechniSat Teledigital GmbH in Stassfurt near Magdeburg in accordance with high quality standards. The mask consists of five layers of material. Two layers of special meltblown filter fleece filter out pollutants and particles from the air. Meltblown nonwoven fabric is also produced in Germany, more specifically at TechniForm GmbH in Nerdlen near Daun / Eifel.
Designed for longer use in everyday work
TECHNIMASK FFP2 2.1 has been specially developed for people who, for professional reasons, have to wear a mask for a long time. For this purpose, the mask offers a very low breathing resistance and excellent wearing comfort thanks to the comfortable ear straps. Adaptation to a longer period of use is confirmed by a passed dolomite dust test.

The dolomite dust test is a voluntary test which is especially important for the use of the mask in occupational safety. TECHNIMASK FFP2 2.1 has passed this hardness test. Which confirms that it has a very high ability to absorb particles from the air, as well as a very reliable filter operation. At the same time, the mask is characterized by very low breathing resistance and a longer shelf life.
In the dolomite dust test, the mask exposure to dolomite dust is gradually increased, which affects breathing, thus the resistance is checked. The general rule is: the more dust, the higher the breathing resistance - breathing becomes more difficult. However, with the TECHNIMASK FFP2 2.1, this increase in breathing resistance is lower compared to the standard FFP2 mask - breathing remains pleasantly easy for longer periods. Therefore, TECHNIMASK FFP2 2.1 can also carry the "D" mark, ie the "FFP2 D" mark, in addition to the CE mark granted by TÜV NORD.
