hr2 is the second radio program of Hessischer Rundfunk (Hessian Broadcasting) and the cultural radio station for Hesse. It features music ranging from classical, jazz, and singer-songwriter to world music, as well as literature, discussions, radio plays, and daily tips. The special edition DIGITRADIO 1 in the hr2 Edition has a direct selection button for hr2 via DAB+ – making the station directly accessible at the touch of a button within the reception area. About the DIGITRADIO 1: DAB+ digital radio "Made in Germany"! The DIGITRADIO 1 is developed and manufactured in Germany and boasts a striking design. The large, chrome-plated control element and clearly arranged function buttons on the front panel allow for easy navigation through the menus, which are displayed on the sharp OLED screen. The integrated speaker is protected by a special, uniquely designed grille. The device is also exceptionally portable. The device contains a powerful battery that can be easily replaced and provides up to 10 hours of radio enjoyment on the go. You can also create and save up to 20 favorite stations each for DAB+ and FM.
