75-ohm termination resistor with DC decoupling to prevent standing waves and reflections. Unused F-connectors should always be terminated with a 75-ohm resistor. Especially suitable for TechniLAN products that operate with remote power supply, as well as for the trouble-free termination of (unused) outputs of 2-, 4-, or 8-way distributors, or with all 5/8, 9/8, and 17/8 multiswitches.
