Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Competition “Advent Raffle 2025 – 4th Advent”

For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of the masculine, feminine and diverse language forms (m/f/d) is omitted. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.

1. Scope of Application

  1. These terms and conditions govern participation in the competition “Advent Raffle 2025 – 4th Advent” on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. The organizer of the competitions is TechniSat Digital GmbH, Julius-Saxler-Straße 3, 54550 Daun.

2. Eligibility to Participate

  1. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who have reached the age of 16 and have an account on Facebook.
  2. Employees of the LEPPER Foundation and companies affiliated with Techniropa Holding GmbH within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) are excluded from participation in the competitions.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions or attempts to unlawfully influence the course of the competition.

3. Participation

  1. Participation in the competition is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or the use of services.
  2. The competition begins on 21/12/2025 and takes place on the official TechniSat Digital GmbH Facebook page as well as on the official TechniSat Digital GmbH Instagram page. The competition is not connected with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way. The sole contact and responsible party is TechniSat Digital GmbH.
  3. The closing date for entries is 27/12/2025 at 11:59 p.m.
  4. To participate in the competition, the participant must follow the TechniSat Digital GmbH Facebook page or Instagram page, like the competition post, and describe their Christmas Eve in 3 emojis in the comments under the competition post.
  5. Prizes to be won on Facebook:
    • 1 x DIGITRADIO 425
  6. Prizes to be won on Instagram:
    • 1 x DIGITRADIO 425
  7. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

4. Determination and Notification of Winners

  1. The two winners will be determined by a random draw.
  2. The draw and announcement of the winners of the competitions on Facebook and Instagram will take place on 29/12/2025. The winner will be announced in the comments under the competition post on Instagram or Facebook by naming or tagging the account name with which the winner participated in the competition.
  3. The winners must contact the organizer by 02/01/2026 via direct message using Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct to coordinate the handover of the prize.
  4. If a winner waives the prize or does not contact TechniSat Digital GmbH by 02/01/2026 at 11:59 p.m., the claim to the prize shall lapse and the organizer shall have the right to conduct a new draw.

5. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions, Early Termination of the Competition

  1. The respective competition may be amended in its design or conditions or terminated or interrupted for good cause, for example for technical or legal reasons, in particular if the scheduled course is disrupted or impeded, such as in the event of a suspension by Facebook or Instagram themselves or in the event of abusive behavior by participants.

6. Liability

  1. Participants are responsible for their own posts/comments and undertake not to publish any unlawful content – in particular insults, false statements of fact or infringements of intellectual property rights. The organizer’s liability for such legal violations by participants is excluded.
  2. TechniSat Digital GmbH as well as its representatives and vicarious agents shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, limb or health of persons. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of duty in connection with the execution of the competition that is essential for achieving the contractual purpose, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage. Beyond this, TechniSat Digital GmbH shall not be liable and shall not assume any warranty claims with regard to the prizes.

7. Data Protection

  1. The organizer fulfills its statutory information obligations regarding the processing of participants’ personal data. This data protection notice can be accessed at https://www.technisat.de/datenschutzhinweis. Upon request, the organizer will also provide this in written form free of charge.

8. Final Provisions

  1. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the assessment of the submitted competition entries.
