By purchasing a high-quality TechniSat product, you have chosen a premium device that has undergone extensive quality testing and strict final inspection at every stage of production. Should a TechniSat product purchased from us nevertheless fail to function properly, we sincerely regret this and kindly ask you to contact your dealer, distributor, or our service hotline listed below.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a guarantee on all TechniSat devices marked with the corresponding logo, in accordance with the following provisions. Certain devices (e.g., B-/C-grade devices or special items) are expressly excluded, or special warranty conditions apply to selected products (e.g., SATMAN satellite antennas).
Making use of the warranty is free of charge for you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.

The SATMAN series satellite antennas are made of premium aluminum and are 100% rustproof. Therefore, in addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a 20-year guarantee on all metal parts of our SATMAN series satellite antennas against rust perforation.

For B-grade goods you have statutory warranty
rights for 24 months from the date of purchase.
For C-grade goods you have statutory warranty
rights for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For clearance items you have statutory warranty
rights for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Product registration to obtain a warranty is not possible for B-grade goods, C-grade goods, and clearance items.
