Active 2-way tap with amplification
With this impressive 2-way tap it is possible to carry out floor-by-floor distribution within a building. In order to do so the active diverter has at its disposal over 17 inputs and 17 daisy-chain outputs which make possible a through-put of the signal from floor to floor. Furthermore the tap is fitted with two active diverter phases each of 17 outputs which enable the installation of two additional distributor sources within a floor. These sources are supplied with an amplification of +4 dB in order to take into account the obliqueness of the position. In daisy-chain operation a damping of -1 dB is attained.
