Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Contest “Advent Raffle 2025 – 3rd Advent”

For reasons of readability, the simultaneous use of the linguistic forms male, female and diverse (m/f/d) is omitted. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.

1. Scope

  1. These conditions govern participation in the contest “Advent Raffle 2025 – 3rd Advent” on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. The organizer of the contests is TechniSat Digital GmbH, Julius-Saxler-Straße 3, 54550 Daun.

2. Eligibility

  1. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are at least 16 years old and have a Facebook account.
  2. Employees of the LEPPER Foundation and companies affiliated with Techniropa Holding GmbH within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) are excluded from participating in the contests.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest if they violate the terms of participation or attempt to improperly influence the contest process.

3. Participation

  1. Participation in the contest is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or the use of services.
  2. The contest begins on 14 December 2025 and takes place on the official TechniSat Digital GmbH Facebook page as well as the official TechniSat Digital GmbH Instagram page. The contest is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The sole point of contact and responsible party is TechniSat Digital GmbH.
  3. The participation deadline is 20 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
  4. To participate in the contest, participants must follow the TechniSat Digital GmbH Facebook page or Instagram page, like the contest post, and comment under the contest post which Christmas cookies we plan to bake.
  5. The following can be won on Facebook:
    • 1 x DIGITRADIO 330
  6. The following can be won on Instagram:
    • 1 x DIGITRADIO 330
  7. A cash payout of the prizes is not possible.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. The two winners will be determined by means of a random draw.
  2. The drawing and announcement of the winners on Facebook and Instagram will take place on 22 December 2025. The winner will be announced in the comments under the contest post on Instagram or Facebook by mentioning or tagging the account name used for participating in the contest.
  3. The winners must contact the organizer by 29 December 2025 via direct message on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct to arrange delivery of the prize.
  4. If a winner waives the prize or does not contact TechniSat Digital GmbH by 29 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m., the claim to the prize expires and the organizer is entitled to conduct a new draw.

5. Amendment of the Terms of Participation, Early Termination of the Contest

  1. The contest may be modified in its design or conditions or terminated or interrupted for good cause, for example for technical or legal reasons, particularly if the planned process is disrupted or impeded, such as in the event of a block imposed by Facebook or Instagram or in cases of abusive behavior by participants.

6. Liability

  1. Participants are responsible for their own posts/comments and undertake not to publish any unlawful content – in particular insults, false statements of fact, or infringements of intellectual property rights. The organizer assumes no liability for such legal infringements by participants.
  2. TechniSat Digital GmbH and its representatives and vicarious agents are fully liable in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior as well as for injury to life, limb, or health. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty related to the execution of the contest that are essential for achieving the purpose of the contract, liability is limited to foreseeable damage. Beyond this, TechniSat Digital GmbH assumes no liability and provides no warranty claims regarding the prizes.

7. Data Protection

  1. The organizer fulfills its legal duty to inform participants about the processing of their personal data. This privacy notice can be accessed at https://www.technisat.de/datenschutzhinweis. Upon request, the organizer will also provide this information in written form free of charge.

8. Final Provisions

  1. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the evaluation of the contest entries submitted.
